Unlike open level classes of other studios, all of our classes are customized for specific skill levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

These levels allow a natural progression, ensuring that a student is ready to advance to the next class level.

After a level assessment, our instructors can determine whether a student is ready to move up to the next level.

The class includes a fun mix of traditional Pilates cardio, and fitness movements. Seccions at Bill & Coo coast Suites Agios Ioannis.

Circuit / functional / interval training

This is a fitness training method that requires alternating between several exercises targeting different muscle groups, using the equipment: Kangoo boots, TRX, Extreme fat burning, Kettlebells, dumbbells, bands.

Yoga session by Mikaela

Mikaela, a Certified yoga instructor teaches hatha, gentle, power, and vinyasa yoga, guiding students towards harmony of body and mind.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons &semi personal can take place at your own residence (hotel, villa, apartment) or an outdoor place of your choice or favorite beach. Exercise can happen anywhere!
