Meet Demy

Dimitra Kokkinopoulou — Demy — is a certified pilates instructor and the heart of CÉLINE. For years she has taught reformer, mat, and functional training in Mykonos, guiding bodies of every age and level with calm, exacting attention.

Her philosophy is simple: movement is a way of reconnecting with yourself. Sessions unfold slowly and precisely, tuned to breath and light, so strength arrives without strain — in the studio, or wherever on the island you happen to wake up.

The Space

The Studio

An intimate reformer studio in Mykonos: sculpted white-stone walls that curve like the inside of a cave, wooden reformers in warm leather, and sunlight that moves slowly across the room. Classes stay deliberately small — small groups and private sessions, with morning and sunset time slots.

Demy brings the studio to you: branded arch mats, props, and — on request — a reformer, set up at villas, yachts, and hotels across Mykonos. Solo sessions, couples, and small groups; retreat mornings and event bookings; a flow on deck at sunrise or a slow stretch by the pool as the light goes gold.
